Audialo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Section 3 – Content: Users may post, share, and listen to music-related content. You retain ownership of your submissions but grant Audialo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your posts solely for operating and improving the Service. You may only share valid Spotify links. All links used are subject to Spotify’s Terms of Service.

Section 4 – Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to transmitting unlawful material, spamming, or infringing copyrights. Posting political content, bullying, racism, sexism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, nudity, personal pictures, or personal videos. Posting any content outside the allowed formats (text posts and Spotify links). Use the Service to harass, spam, or mislead others.

Section 5 – Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to register or use the Service.

User Conduct and Rights

Section 6 – Intellectual Property: Audialo owns the Service, including trademarks, logos, and technology. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
